Manager - Operations

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Operations and Compliance

• Manage end-to-end operations of CSR programs across North India, ensuring compliance with the guidelines and standards set by the Ministry of Rural Development.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs, ensuring all project activities are executed within timelines and budget constraints.
• Regularly monitor program progress and quality standards to maintain high performance and meet targets.

2. Stakeholder and Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders, including government agencies, training partners, assessment bodies, and employer organizations.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with state and district officials to enable seamless project execution and support.

3. Training Quality Assurance

• Work closely with training centers to maintain high standards in curriculum delivery, assessments, and certification processes.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to companys quality standards.

4. Placement and Post-Placement Support

• Oversee placement activities, providing candidates with career counselling and ensuring alignment of job roles with individual skillsets.
• Manage post-placement tracking and retention initiatives to support candidates' professional growth and job stability.

5. Reporting and Documentation

• Generate and submit periodic reports to internal teams and the DDUGKY State and Central Offices.
• Maintain all records, reports, and documentation as required by audit and DDUGKY compliance protocols.
