Accountable for anchoring the marketing activities for social media and earned online media, coordination with agencies, planning of work for team members and vendors in a manner consistent with guidelines and SOPs of the brand.
Ensure that above efforts are contributing to site visits, customer engagement.
- Prepare a detailed monthly activities plan for each team member based on business objectives and teams strengths
- Define tasks for the team members, explain to them the scope and the whys, hows, whats and whens- Review the teams delivery on previously given tasks and wherever required help them- Review the challenges that the team is facing and providing solutions- Fill the different gaps in knowledge basis changing marketing requirements from time to time- Conceptualize Influencer marketing campaigns, integrated marketing campaigns, content marketing campaigns, videos and blogs and explain them to team members.- Establish innovative methods & processes of maximizing Brand awareness & User acquisitions- Work closely with internal teams to prepare the marketing mandatories, content mandatories that need to be sent to vendor agency for planning
- Regular distribution of content on own website & its technical maintenance
- Marketing Automation - Write copy for all automation steps- Get it approved from reporting manager- Coordinate on technical aspects with vendors & internal technical team Brand properties
- Plan content creation calendar for these brand properties- Reach out to respective experts in those domains for inviting as guest speakers/ experts- Organize regular online events for each- Create collaterals required such as videos, audio podcasts, PDFs, social media posts- Ensure that the distribution of these collaterals is as planned and also plan for required mitigationsPlan on ground activities in residential societies and keep a track of their progress based on business objectives
- This role requires some understanding of the marketing agency vendor partners, and their team members roles which need to be coordinated with
- Send requirements to vendors after appropriate discussion with team members, reporting manager and the vendor
- Find and evaluate suitable vendor for online marketing requirements
- Schedule meetings with vendors for review, planning of work
- Coordinate between the accounts team and vendors for timely processing of the payments- Keep meeting or speaking with the vendors to maintain good relationship all the time, push for better work when found necessary, resolve issues / complaints if any
- Participate in meetings that involve discussion on tasks done/pending, upcoming project launches, marketing campaigns
- Discuss with internal teams and understand expected line of messaging, design changes in marketing creatives and speak with vendors to get required work done- Plan meetings with vendor team on the required or expected messaging, tone of voice, creative changes- Ensure proper minutes of meetings, or any other documents shared / received during the project planning or review meetings - Share the minutes with stakeholders and take follow up for required next steps
- Review scope of work agreed in agreements and ensure tasks are carried out as per the scope defined in them
- Make sure requirements of different functions such as SEO, content marketing, analytics, technical parameters are fulfilled in scope of work
- Create various reports as needed for the HOD and Senior Management
- Ensure the data for such reports are checked for their accuracy and conclusions- Submit all reports on timely basis and support the team members on decision making based on data presented in your reports- Prepare reports with insights such as Google reviews, Facebook inbox enquiry management, social media platforms reports- Take feedback from HODs and senior management, share it with respective team members, plan next steps
