Job Responsibilities:
Experience in sales/ key accounts /B2 B Sales / corporate sales KA Management
# Manage existing customers (Account Management)
i) Customer retention
ii) Annual contract renewal with price increase
iii) Collection / DSO management
iv) Up-selling
# New Business Development
# Work with branches in delivering excellent customer service
# Market survey, competitor analysis to understand gaps of our services
# Improve customer profitability / margins
# Support the service team by providing client feedback
# Attend to other work-related duties as may be assigned to you from time to time
