Manager - Java Backend

You are a skilled and motivated Java Developer with 9 years of hands-on experience in developing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. Your strong understanding of core Java concepts, frameworks, and modern development practices will be crucial for this role. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, and deploying Java-based applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices is essential. You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshooting and debugging applications to optimize performance, as well as maintaining documentation for software functionality, will also be part of your responsibilities. Required skills for this role include a strong proficiency in Java (8 or above), hands-on experience with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, good knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, familiarity with version control tools like Git, and understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies. It would be good to have knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, Angular, React), experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
