Lead - Infrastructure

The Infrastructure Integration Administrator will provide IT support to the Operational Resilience Team, ensuring operational continuity of ADB IT services. You will collaborate closely with the IT Operational Resilience Team in Valencia, Spain, and the ADB IT teams in Manila, Philippines. Your primary responsibilities will include production support for ADB applications, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting incident and problem management, and maintaining lifecycle maintenance of equipment and processes within your domain. Additionally, you will monitor systems for anomalies, provide project support, contribute to disaster recovery procedures, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain technical documentation, and apply industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Provide production support for ADB applications to ensure high availability and minimal downtime - Troubleshoot technical issues following ITIL best practices - Support incident and problem management, including participation in governance processes like the Change Advisory Board (CAB) - Assist in the full lifecycle maintenance of relevant equipment and processes within your domain - Monitor systems for anomalies and escalate issues as needed - Act as a technical member supporting various projects within the IT landscape - Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of disaster recovery procedures - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals - Maintain comprehensive technical documentation in line with industry best practices - Stay informed about and apply knowledge of cloud computing technology - Ensure familiarity with the organization's business continuity framework Qualifications: - Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant hands-on experience in application interface, integration, and Enterprise Service Bus - Familiarity with web service specifications, enterprise service bus components, and design patterns - Knowledge of Internet protocols and standards, IT support, system resilience, and ITIL best practices - Experience in n-tier application design and development - Proficiency in Integration/Enterprise Service Bus Products, OS (Windows, Linux), Databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, TeamCity), and cloud computing technology (Azure) - Strong foundation in networking, operating systems, and Java Virtual Machine concepts Engagement: The Infrastructure Integration Administrator is expected to fulfill the outlined responsibilities for a period of twelve (12) months, with periodic reviews conducted throughout the engagement.
