Manager-Category planning-Home Furnising

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven professional to join our online retail planning team. The role involves managing pricing strategies, planning product showcases, analyzing customer behavior, and coordinating operations to optimize inventory and maximize customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Insight & Analytics:

• Analyze customer trends and behavior using data
  
• Be the internal voice of the customer
  
• Predict market changes and category performance
  

• Pricing & Promotions:

• Devise smart pricing strategies with limited discounting
  
• Own the end-to-end promotions calendar (festive, seasonal, etc.)
  
• Drive revenue and margins through strategic campaigns
  

• Category Planning:

• Develop and execute category plans to improve discoverability and navigation
  
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  
• Own the customer journey for the assigned category
  

• Operations & Inventory:

• Collaborate with sourcing, buying, quality & design teams
  
• Ensure timely inventory planning and inwarding
  
• Track key milestones, monitor stock health and reduce dead inventory
  

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 6-10 years of experience in category management, merchandising, planning, or e-commerce
  
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  
• Ability to understand consumer behavior and translate it into actionable strategies
