Job Description

Position: Sales & Marketing Trainee Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Department: Sales Qualification: Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/ Industrial engineering/ Production/E&TC) Master's Degree (Marketing) Role Summary: Support the sales team by identifying leads, managing customer communication, handling inquires and maintaining sales records. Assist in daily sales operations and represents the company in client interaction and events. Key Responsibilities: Identify sales leads. Research sales leads and markets. Visit or communicate with sales leads. Inform customers and educate about relevant products & service offerings by WILO. Handle enquiry offer management. Update and document sales and order details. Communicate with vendors and suppliers about orders. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.. Attend and represent the organisation at trade events. Support team to negotiate and close sales deals. Collaborate with different cross-functional departments.
