Position: Management Trainee

Department:

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the specialty chemicals sector.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements, pricing, and product availability.
Participate in client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
Maintain CRM systems and track business development activities.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong academic background in
Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
with an
MBA in Marketing
or related field.
Internship experience in
Business Development or Marketing
within a
chemical or specialty chemical company
is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
