Job Description

  1. ISO Certification Compliance

      Maintain zero major non-conformities during audits.
  2. Audit Performance

      Timely completion of internal and external audits with 100% closure of NCs.
  3. Management Reviews

      Conduct regular meetings and achieve agreed action plans.
  4. Client Satisfaction on Quality

     – Zero client complaints related to quality system issues.
  5. Continuous Improvement Initiatives

     – Implement at least 3 major improvements annually.

    Role & responsibilities

Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the organizations

    QMS

     in compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Ensure documentation of

    Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions

    , and

    Records

    .
  • Monitor the effectiveness of QMS and drive

    continual improvement initiatives

    .

2. Audits & Compliance

  • Plan and conduct

    internal audits

     and coordinate

    external audits

     with certifying bodies.
  • Ensure timely closure of

    audit non-conformities

     and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain up-to-date

    certifications

     and compliance records.

3. Management Review & Reporting

  • Organize and conduct

    Management Review Meetings

     at defined intervals.
  • Prepare

    Quality performance reports

     and present findings to top management.
  • Track

    quality objectives

     and key performance indicators (KPIs).

4. Client & Regulatory Interface

  • Act as

    primary contact for clients

     on quality-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with

    client quality requirements

     and regulatory obligations.
  • Handle

    customer complaints

    , analyze root causes, and ensure corrective actions.

5. Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify

    risks and opportunities

     related to QMS and develop mitigation plans.
  • Promote a culture of

    quality awareness and continuous improvement

     across the organization.
  • Initiate

    training programs

     for employees on quality systems and standards.

6. Document & Data Control

  • Maintain control over

    quality documents and records

     as per the document control procedure.
  • Ensure latest revisions are available and obsolete documents are removed from circulation.

7. HSE and Integrated Management System (if applicable)

  • Support integration of

    Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

     systems where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with

    ISO 14001

     and

    ISO 45001

     if part of the integrated management system.

  • Quality/Management Representative role

    .

  • Certifications:

    • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification (mandatory)
    • Knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 (preferred)
