Private Equity Fund Accounting- Associate/Sneior Associate/AVP Key duties and responsibilities Review and sign off NAV and Financials of the Private equity and Hybrid Funds that include recording Journal Entries, preparing monthly/Quarterly/Annual Financials, processing payments, preparing investor notices and various client reporting. Review Capital Call and distribution workings along with notices and release to respective investors Handle migration of Hybrid and PERE Funds from onshore location independently and ensure SLA targets are met. Key Responsibilities Fund Accounting: Oversee the accounting for multiple private equity funds, including maintaining the general ledger, recording journal entries, and reconciling accounts. Valuation Support: Assist in the valuation process of portfolio companies, ensuring accurate and timely updates to the financial records. Audit Coordination: Lead the preparation of audit workpapers and liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth and timely completion of audits. Compliance and Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and assist in the preparation of filings with regulatory bodies as needed.
