Language Requirement:

Proficiency in Malayalam and Tamil is a must
Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements

Operational Oversight & KPI Monitoring: Supervise daily operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals, actively track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive productivity and efficiency.
Team Coaching & Development: Mentor team members to enhance the quality of customer interactions, improve service delivery, and uphold brand standards.
Issue Resolution & Escalation Management: Handle escalated customer concerns and complex issues with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Compliance & Policy Enforcement: Ensure full adherence to internal policies, client-specific requirements, and regulatory standards across all team activities.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass business targets, contributing directly to revenue growth.
Sales Team Leadership: Inspire, guide, and manage the sales team, setting clear targets and providing the tools and support needed for success.
Performance Analysis & Optimization: Regularly evaluate sales data to uncover trends, identify underperforming areas, and recalibrate strategies for improved results.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and metrics
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
