Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at the Malabar Ocean Front Resort & Spa, located in Kasaragod. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment. The technician will work to uphold the high standards of the resort and ensure smooth and safe operations for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Skills in Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant certification or technical training is a plus
• Prior experience in a hotel or resort setting is advantageous
