Job Description

As a Maintenance Incharge specializing in Injection Molding, you will be tasked with overseeing and managing the maintenance operations of our injection molding facility located in Kasna, sector 31. Your primary responsibility will involve ensuring the optimal functioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of all molding machines and auxiliary equipment to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include supervising daily maintenance operations across various injection molding machines such as Arburg, Haitian, Engel, etc. You will be responsible for implementing and managing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of molding machines, and supporting equipment. Additionally, you will be required to maintain records of machine performance, maintenance logs, and repair activities, coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless operations, manage spare parts inventory, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians while ensuring safety compliance. To excel in this role, you should possess in-depth knowledge of injection molding machines and associated utilities like chillers, compressors, and mold temperature controllers. Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues is essential. Familiarity with PLC systems and automation in injection molding is preferred. Your leadership and team management abilities, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, will be crucial to your success in this position. Additionally, the ability to work under pressure and in a shift-based environment is required. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule will involve day and morning shifts with the possibility of performance bonuses. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 4 years in the injection molding industry and a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Adherence to health and safety regulations within the plant is paramount, and you may be required to liaise with external service providers or OEMs as needed.
