Role & responsibilities Worked as shift in charge in Machine shop since last 6-8 years • CNC System expert on Siemens-802 ,828 & 840 D SL, 810 & 840 D Power Line, Mitsubishi, and Fanuc troubleshooting and its preventive maintenance (Able to reconfigure the drives, motors etc) • PLC/HMI- Able to edit the logic -Siemens 200, 300,1200,1500, Mitsubishi FX,A,Q series • Marposs System- Trouble shooting. • Electrical Control circuit troubleshooting in hard wiring. • Having hands on Experience of Grinding, Milling, Hard Turning, EFD Induction hardening, Rolling, • Basic Knowledge of LT and ER Module Checking and replacement of IGBT, Cards, Power supply etc. Desirable • Training on Siemens CNC System (840 D power line, 810 D power line ,802 D SL, 828 D SL, 840 D SL) Training on Fanuc CNC Power mate Language Skills (Highlight if Essential or Desired) if you fit this profile, kindly send your resume along with the following details:- 1.
