Job Description

Maintenance Assistant – Duties and Responsibilities

Stationery Purchasing
Monitor and maintain stock levels of all office stationery supplies.
Source and purchase required stationery items in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure timely deliveries.
Kitchen Inventory Management
Track and replenish kitchen supplies (e.g., tea, coffee, snacks, cleaning items).
Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and pantry areas.
Liaise with suppliers for regular restocking and quality control.
Showroom Maintenance
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the showroom is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
Handle minor repairs and adjustments to furniture, fixtures, and displays.
Support with setup and breakdown of showroom displays or promotional events.
Electrical Work
Perform basic electrical maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, checking power outlets).
Report and assist in resolving more complex electrical issues in coordination with certified electricians.
Ensure all electrical tools and installations are safely maintained and comply with safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
