  and proper handover to Italy when required.
• Coordinate with global teams across

  Infrastructure, Development, Security, and Incident Management

Operational & Continuous Improvement

• Drive

• Job Scheduling (IWS/TWS)
• JCL, DB2, VSAM utilities
• CFT, Microfocus ChangeMan
• ISPF/S, TSO
• Linux / Open Systems
  

Process & Tool Proficiency

• ITIL Framework
• IT Production/Infrastructure awareness (HA, DR)
• ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing systems
  

Soft Skills
