Your New Role: Provide and exercise security best practice in the undertaking of their day-to-day responsibilities, Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within the team Actively identify, report and implement risk remediation tasks as appropriate to their role. Participate in the investigation and resolution of potential security breaches on NAB IT systems. Assist in the development and promotion of policies, standards, and procedures for IT security. What will you bring: Team Leadership for 5+ Permanent FTE including staff with graduate and intern level skill levels. 10+ Years experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Cyber Security (with responsibility for IAM). 10+ years experience in a Security Analyst role (Mainframe) JCL (Job Control Language) coding experience SAS (Statistical Analysis System) programming expertise ISPF (Interactive System Productivity Facility) - ISPF Dialogue Management Services Expertise SDSF (Spool Display Search Facility) RACF Security Expertise - including security control design reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with organisational security requirements A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone: Our goal is to foster a culture that fills us with pride, rooted in trust and respect.
