Mainframe Core Banking /Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. In this role, you will: Supporting and developing a mainframe-based applications within Germany Core Banking area. Working with existing team and will be part of both development and production support activities. Development of the Core Banking applications using Cobol, JCL, CICS, VSAM, Modern Technologies. Build knowledge of the application, to support the global business locations and ensure production stability. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Proven experience in mainframe application development and support. Knowledge of z/OS, Cobol, JCL, CICS, VSAM, MQ. . etc. Working experience with JIRA, Confluence, Service Now. Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of full development life cycle from requirements gathering through to deployment and support. Ability to work on Agile methodology. Ability to work in Germany Development team and different time zones. Knowledge of Banking domain. Proactive, self-motivated, open-minded and able to work as part of a team. Open to learn and adopt new modern technology work.
