Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Install, upgrade & maintain
CICS software and 3rdparty related tools across test and production regions
Set up, configure, and tune
CICS regions, including CICSPlex, throughput, and availability tuning
Monitor performance & capacity
, proactively identify bottlenecks using CICS Performance Analyzer, SMF, OMEGAMON, etc.
Troubleshoot and analyze problems
, including dump analysis, abend resolution, root cause diagnostics
