Machine Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Supervisor.The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of CNC machinists and operators on the shop floor.
• Schedule and assign jobs to ensure production deadlines are met.
• Monitor machine setup and operation to ensure proper functioning and adherence to specifications.
• Provide training and technical guidance to operators on CNC programming, tooling, and setup.

Experience:

• Must have experience of 5 years in CNC programming, operating and settings.
• Must have knowledge of VMC, VTL, Hobbing, Lathe and Press machines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Dhuri, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
