Job Description

Hands-on experience in CNC Turner and manual lathe operations.
Set up and operate conventional lathe machines for manual turning operations.
Measure and inspect components using tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, etc.
Monitor machining processes and make adjustments to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Identify and correct machining errors or quality defects.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and safe condition.
Ensure all machining activities follow safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Maintain production documentation and job records.

Minimum Requirements:

Hands-on experience in CNC lathe and manual lathe operations.
Ability to work independently and interpret complex drawings.
Good understanding of cutting speeds, feeds, and tool geometry.
Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
