Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:
Vacancy identification & approval of management, MRF from HOD, find internal and external candidates, shortlisting resumes, interview coordination/scheduling, selected candidates offer finalized & email to candidates. Joining formalities-collecting required documents, Orientation program, provide appointment letter, laptop or desktop, email id, SIM card, visiting card.
Payroll Management:
Employee details updates, Attendance & leave update (PL, CL, OD), salary processing, Statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, etc.), Other deduction (Canteen, advance, indiscipline) & arrears. (In manual excel and payroll software).
Time Office:
Biometric ID creation of new join, daily attendance updates, miss punch/c-off, Generate the repost late coming/early going/muster data in HRMS OR software.
Administration:
Facility management (security, Canteen, transport, housekeeping), bill processing, visitor hospitality (Guest lunch/room arrangement), maintaining personal files, exit formalities, full & final settlement.
Contract Labour Handling
: Manpower, Contractor coordination, wages sheet preparation, bill verification.
Employee Engagement:
R&R programs (Employee of the Month, Spot Awards), birthday celebrations, team-building activities like cricket tournaments.
Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

1 to 4 yrs of Experience.

HR & Admin is must

Good communication skills.

Knowledge of Payroll and Compliance is add on.
