Job Description

As Weikfield continues to strengthen its brand presence across markets, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping meaningful consumer connections and driving brand growth through strategic, insight-led initiatives. The key responsibility areas outlined below reflect a comprehensive brand management approach, designed to align with our business objectives and deliver long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management & Cost Optimization

Manage relationships with vendors and external agencies to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to maximize ROI and streamline resources.

Resource Utilization

Monitor the efficient use of marketing resources in alignment with strategic goals.
Collaborate with Sales, R&D, QC, Finance, SCM, and Procurement to meet operational needs.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
Track and report on service metrics and manage engagement across social platforms.

Marketing Support & Operations

Assist in planning, execution, and coordination of marketing campaigns and seasonal activities.
Support daily marketing operations and ensure cross-department alignment.

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a central liaison among internal teams and external partners to align execution with strategy.

Performance & Business Impact

Analyze data to evaluate performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue impact.
Provide insights for continuous improvement and business growth.
