You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs for high-performance applications. The role requires hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot Design database schemas and write optimized SQL queries for MySQL Ensure code quality by writing unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito) Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver robust features Identify and troubleshoot performance and scalability issues in production Adhere to Git-based version control and agile development processes Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Required Skills Strong knowledge of Core Java (Java 8 or above) Experience with Spring Boot and REST API development Proficiency in MySQL (experience with AWS RDS is a plus) Solid understanding of JSON parsing and data transformation Experience in logging and exception handling (SLF4J, Logback) Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing frameworks We need someone who can join immediately or with a very short notice period.
