Independently lead and ensure the successful and value-oriented implementation of customer projects in automated machine and plant construction Provide technical leadership of a cross-departmental project team within customer projects, including initiation, management, and moderation of the project Jour Fixe and other coordination meetings Prepare, monitor, and ensure adherence to quality standards, budgets, and risk analyses based on relevant key performance indicators Prepare and ensure project plans, including relevant milestones, in your projects Design targeted and collaborative customer communication for the value-oriented realization of projects using new technologies and innovative solutions Implement best practices in project management in close cooperation with PMO management and the departments, including measures to increase efficiency and continuously improve overall project execution Prepare regular project status reports for documentation and transparent information for the PMO and executive management Collaborate with controlling in managing the projects The appropriate requirements are: You have successfully completed your studies in engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification You bring relevant professional experience from a challenging project management role or comparable experience in a technical environment, ideally in leading and being responsible for complex customer projects in industry and/or consulting. Industry knowledge in medical technology and/or oral care is an advantage You have experience in cross-departmental collaboration at an operational level and are proficient in preparing the necessary information for decision-making You understand holistic processes and project execution and know how to act in a structured and solution-oriented manner You are assertive and have experience in the technical leadership of cross-departmental teams, motivating them to achieve outstanding performance, always with the overarching goal of completing projects in a value- and customer-oriented manner You utilize your strong commercial and sales skills to understand customer needs and fulfill them in a value-oriented manner A confident demeanor, a high level of resilience, willingness to travel, and target-group appropriate communication skills in German and English complete your profile
