Job description
Role & responsibilities
Familiar with all Linux family specially centos, Ubuntu, Debian
server design and deployment (server Hardening)
web hosting management (plesk/cpanel)
DNS management
Scripting knowledge shell, bash, python
LAMP installation and configuration
load balancer, ngnix, apache, haproxy installation configuration openerp application installation and configuration
linux administration LVM, user level access, OS patching
cloud computing, hyper-v management, replication
Required Skills: -
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field Previous experience working as a Linux Administrator
Extensive understanding of Linux, including Red Hat, CentOS, and Debian
Working knowledge of MySQL and/or MariaDB
Understanding of VMWare and SAN administration and concepts
Thorough understanding of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP, and SNMP
Additional Linux certifications (RHCT, RHCE, and LPIC) will be viewed favorably
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Have working knowledge of AWS and DevOps.
