Job purposeProvide advanced technical support, analysis, and recommended fix for complex issues on phone calls,ticket system through emails, Online Chat and also onsite visits at client premises.Duties and responsibilities Manage multiple critical and high visibility issues. Responsible for the triaging, analysing and troubleshooting live issues. Provide day-to-day technical support and ensure that processes are followed and all critical issues are analysed in timely manner. Suggest alternatives in order to optimize and/or resolve frequent customer complaints for existing product features based on customer feedbacks. Develop an in-depth understanding of the products and expertise on the applications Self-motivated and highly professional with ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility Fast learner, energetic and enthusiastic Positive can-do attitude Team playerWorking conditions Effective working relationships with all functional units of the organization. Able to work independently or as part of a team. Effective communication skills; verbal, non-verbal and written Communication on all levels of the organization. Shift rotation will be 24 x 7 (If required) Domestic & International client base handlingDirect reports Work as a part of a team led by the Asst Manager to whom the executives will report.Qualifications Minimum Graduate from any stream Specialized Knowledge Expertise in LINUXProfessional Certification : RHEL CertificationSkills Strong in Operating system like RHEL, Cent OS, Ubuntu Strong debug/troubleshooting skills Advanced skill in configuring and supporting software applications like Postfix, Squid, Apache, Mysql, Jabber, IP Tables, Cyrus, Mail Scanner, LDAP, DNS, Nginx , Redis , Clickhouse , Azure , AWS , Bash Scripting.Experience : Experience with being part of a technical department and experience in Mailing Service industry is preferable.
