Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Supervisor-Knits located in Tiruppur. The Line Supervisor-Knits will oversee daily production processes, manage quality control, and supervise the production team. Their responsibilities include ensuring production targets are met, maintaining high-quality standards, conducting training sessions for team members, and monitoring compliance with safety regulations. The role involves frequent communication with other departments to ensure streamlined operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in team management
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to train team members
• Detail-oriented and ability to ensure high-quality standards
• Ability to work on-site in Tiruppur
• Experience in the textile or fashion industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Production Management, or related field is preferred
