Key Responsibilities: Monitor activities in and around the swimming area to prevent accidents and provide assistance to swimmers. Enforce all facility rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies using life-saving procedures and first aid/CPR techniques. Inspect rescue equipment and report any maintenance or safety issues to management. Maintain cleanliness and order of the pool area, including decks, locker rooms, and equipment.
