About The Role : Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer with a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and a basic grasp of management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SailPoint Identity Now solutions while also assisting in operational and governance-related activities. Key Responsibilities: Development & Implementation: Design, develop, configure, and customize SailPoint Identity Now solutions to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain lifecycle event workflows, rules, policies, and connectors for integrations with various systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle processes, provisioning, and deprovisioning. Management & Governance Support: Assist in identity governance activities, including access reviews, certification campaigns, and role-based access control (RBAC) strategies. Collaborate with security, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Provide input on process improvements, best practices, and automation to enhance IAM efficiency. Testing & Documentation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT for SailPoint implementations. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, SOPs, and user guides. Required Skills & Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in SailPoint Identity Now development. Strong expertise in Java, XML and APIs. Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, SQL databases, and cloud-based IAM solutions. Understanding of identity lifecycle management, role management, access certification, and compliance requirements. Basic knowledge of IAM program governance, risk, and compliance policies.
