Legal Contracts - Assistant Manager

As a Legal Counsel at our fast-growing Fintech Organization, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing various legal documents such as Contracts, Letters, Proposals, RFPs, etc. Your primary objective will be to ensure minimal to no risk to the organization by handling contractual issues that may arise while collaborating with clients, partners, service providers, and vendors. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including compliance, product, finance, and business teams to implement special projects across all business verticals within set timelines. Your expertise in understanding and analyzing business requirements will be crucial in identifying issues and proposing effective solutions to support the organization's objectives. You will be expected to adhere to internal frameworks, mandates, and processes while managing end-to-end legal aspects of assigned business transactions. Additionally, you will provide general corporate advisory and assist senior colleagues in researching and assessing the feasibility of new proposed business models. To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in end-to-end contract management with a focus on compliance. Strong legal acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment are essential qualities for this position. Proficiency in MS Word/MS Office is required, and experience in a law firm or as an in-house counsel is preferred. As a law graduate, preferably LL.B from a top-tier institute, you are expected to have good drafting skills and a keen eye for detail.
