Job description Job Title: Legal Assistant (LLB Fresher) Location: Motera, Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-time Experience: Fresher (LLB Pass Out) Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to join our team at our Motera office . This role is ideal for a fresh LLB graduate who is passionate about law and documentation. The ideal candidate should be fluent in drafting legal documents in both English and Gujarati . Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and contracts in English and Gujarati Prepare, translate, and type Gujarati Dastavej (legal documents) Conduct legal research and maintain case files and records Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal teams for ongoing cases or agreements Support the legal team in preparing notices, responses, and client correspondence Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate record-keeping of legal documentation Requirements: Bachelor of Law (LLB) – Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Proficiency in English and Gujarati (both spoken and written) Strong knowledge of legal terminology and documentation Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
