Do research in the appropriate field of specialization, by guiding UG/PG students.
Publish quality research work in journals of repute.
Take part in industry visits/ industry consultancy/ industrial tour.
Assist in preparing documents for ISO/NBA/NAAC/NIRF ranking etc.
A good team player – assisting various department/college activities.
