Job Description

Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning and Development (L&D) strategy aligned with business objectives, clinical excellence standards, and healthcare regulations.
Partner with executive leadership to assess organizational needs, identify skill gaps, and prioritize learning interventions.
Champion a learning culture that supports innovation, continuous improvement, and employee empowerment across clinical, administrative, and operational domains.
Collaborate closely with the Talent Management, Clinical Excellence, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure alignment with broader organizational strategies.

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of L&D professionals, clinical trainers, and administrative coordinators.
Manage relationships with external consultants, academic partners, and learning vendors to enhance program quality and scalability.
Control L&D budget and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency and impact.
