Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive process changes. Design and maintain efficient production processes using lean principles such as kaizen events, 7QC tools, and SPC (Statistical Process Control). Analyze data from various sources (e.g., MIS reports) to inform business decisions on capacity planning, inventory management, and supply chain optimization. Provide training and coaching to team members on lean concepts, problem-solving techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies. Desired Candidate Profile 10-15 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing systems, including ISO standards.
