Collaborate with the L&D team to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of learning operations. Experience: 7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on instructional design and training facilitation. Skills: Certification in instructional design, training facilitation, or related areas. Experience in managing learning operations in a corporate environment. Familiarity with adult learning principles and the latest trends in L&D. Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus. Proven track record in designing and delivering leadership development programs. Experience working in a global environment, with the ability to adapt content and delivery to different cultures and languages. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS). Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve training effectiveness.
