Lead UI/UX and Graphic Designer

Job Description: As a UX and Graphic Designer at VE3, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences and creating stunning visual content. This position requires a unique blend of UX design, graphic design, and exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, an innovative approach to intuitive design, and the ability to translate user needs and business goals into impactful design solutions enhancing user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.

Create visually appealing graphic designs for various media including websites, mobile apps, social media, advertisements, brochures, and corporate identity.

Design and produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations, ensuring they are both visually stunning and effectively communicate the intended message.

Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

Ensure that all elements of the user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance usability and visual appeal.

Ensure consistency in designs by following brand guidelines and design standards.

Stay abreast of the latest trends in UX design, as we'll as innovations in PowerPoint presentation design.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools

Strong grasp of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility

Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar

Ability to storyboard and produce motion graphics and animation

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
