Qualifications:

• Experience in the introduction and implementation of SAFe practicies in organizations. (Mandatory at least of 2 years experiance) Preferrabley in embedded automotive software development

• Certification as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)

• Comprehensive understanding of agile principles and practices.

• Experience in coaching agile teams and managers.

• Strong communication and training skills. • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities - Transforming the team with Lean & Agile practices with focus on SAFe way of working by Introducing Agile methodologies and implement agility in the project delivery processes using SAFe and Scrum practices - Transferring knowledge and helping teams continuously reflect and improve, becoming more effective in their roles and increasing the outcome, collaboration, and quality practices - Enabling the teams by bringing the clarity on the skills required to perform the roles related to SAFe like Business Owners, Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, RTE etc., - Driving the DPM boards by reporting the KPI metrics relevant to the transformation, report the transformation progress - Facilitate the workshops to identify the ARTs, value streams and enable the deployments to new ways of working - Undertested the existing way of working the enable the teams to transform to new ways of working as per organization goals - Foster the culture of continuous improvement by creating Kaizens and inculcating the Problem-solving mindset - Onboard new teams into the transformation process, provide overview presentation and evangelize Agile practices - Demonstrates and shares experiences and observations with all team members and to ensure best practices are being used and recommends process improvement - Oversees the overall objective cohesion of initiatives involving many scrum teams and leads initiative performance - Assesses emerging trends/best practices and determines implications of proposed methodologies on meeting business unit strategy - Advise managers on adapting their management practices to agile principles and support them in creating an agile culture.
