Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment

  : Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings and sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding — ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

• Targeted Talent Sourcing

  : Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier engineering talent through headhunting, networking, portals, and referrals.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

  : Partner closely with engineering leaders to understand hiring needs, calibrate profiles, and drive decisions backed by talent insights.

• Process Excellence

  : Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance speed, quality of hire, and operational efficiency.

• Employer Representation

  : Champion Matter Motors’ employer brand in the engineering talent market, building deep candidate relationships and strong pipelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience

  : 8–13 years of recruitment experience, with deep exposure to

  automotive and EV R&D hiring

  across

  mechanical, electrical, and electronics domains

  .

• Technical Focus

  : Strong understanding of roles in

  Powertrain Systems, Vehicle Integration, BMS, LV Systems, Power Electronics, Battery Engineering, Vehicle Engineering

  , and

  Testing & Validation

  .

• Hiring Agility

  : Proven ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring with quality and speed.

• Stakeholder Management

  : Strong interpersonal skills to engage, influence, and guide technical stakeholders.

• Analytical & Process-Driven

  : Experience using ATS systems and recruitment metrics to drive decisions and improvements.

• Communication

  : Clear, confident communicator with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
