Key Responsibilities: Drive automation testing initiatives using Selenium with Java. Develop and maintain test scripts using TestNG and Maven. Integrate and execute test suites via Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines. Participate in test planning, test case design, and test management. Use JIRA or similar bug tracking tools for issue management and reporting. Lead a team of testers, assign tasks, and review outputs for quality and coverage. Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to best practices. Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java. Proficiency in TestNG, Maven, Jenkins. Experience in test management practices and lifecycle. Good understanding of defect lifecycle management using tools like JIRA. Proven ability to lead a team and provide technical mentorship. Strong communication and documentation skills.
