Visit our Careers website to learn more about careers at Applied.As a Senior Quality Lead, you will be a key driver of quality strategy across product lines, leading the qualification and delivery of product features and versionsincluding tool platform and system-level qualification. You will define and enforce quality standards, influence product architecture for testability, and ensure seamless integration of quality practices across the development lifecycle. This role requires a proactive leader who can collaborate across engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver high-impact, reliable solutions.  Key Responsibilities: 

Define and drive the overall quality strategy for product features and releases.

Lead end-to-end qualification efforts across tool platforms and system-level components.

Establish scalable quality frameworks, automation strategies, and best practices.

Partner with engineering and product leadership to influence design and development for quality.

Own the release readiness process, including go/no-go decisions based on quality metrics.

Mentor and grow a high-performing quality engineering team.

Represent quality in cross-functional leadership forums and executive reviews.

Continuously assess and improve quality KPIs, tooling, and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

15- 20yrs years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in quality assurance and testing.

Strong knowledge of tool platform and system-level qualification.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to lead and mentor a team.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

 Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience with Tool platform, Application-Platform integration flows, end-to-end qualification involving system, simulation.

Certification in quality assurance or related field.
