Key Responsibilities: Ensure the uptime and reliable performance of critical production systems hosted in the cloud. Leverage automation and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and consistency. Respond to and resolve high-severity (Sev1/Sev2) incidents and defects in collaboration with engineering teams. Maintain and enforce security, backup, and redundancy best practices. Provide architectural and engineering input for improving application and infrastructure solutions. Monitor and analyze application/network performance to detect and resolve bottlenecks. Stay current with industry trends and continuously enhance your networking skills. Required Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Networking with deep knowledge of routing, switching, and Wi-Fi technologies. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments in 24x7 high-availability settings. Proven expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Palo Alto and Fortinet Firewalls. Strong experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, SolarWinds). Proficient in routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF. Solid troubleshooting skills under pressure. Experience with both Windows and Linux environments. Deep understanding of network fundamentals (OSI model, TCP/IP, load balancing, firewall rule management). Scripting and automation experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languages. Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Qualifications: CCNP certification. AWS Certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Advanced Networking) are highly desirable.
