Job Description

Leasing Consultant.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Leasing expert in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new leasing opportunities.
Negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of leasing plans.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in real estate leasing or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the Indian real estate market and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
