We're Hiring: Lead IT Recruiter Bangalore (Vijaynagar) Location:Vijaynagar, Bangalore Experience:5+ Years in IT Recruitment Employment Type:Full-time | On-site Key Responsibilities: * Own and drive end-to-end IT recruitment processes. * Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs. * Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, etc.). * Manage a small team of recruiters and help enhance sourcing strategies. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across domains (development, testing, DevOps, data, etc.). * Schedule and coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. * Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house). * Proven ability to hire for multiple roles across technologies. * Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills. * Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools. * Ability to work independently and manage a team.
