Lead I - Software Testing

As a Lead I- Software Testing at UST, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products through manual testing. Your deep understanding of test methodologies and ability to design comprehensive test cases will be essential in thriving within a fast-paced agile environment. Responsibilities: - Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback. - Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test plans. - Conduct functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing. - Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle. - Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Advocate for best practices in QA and continuously improve processes. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in manual testing for web, mobile, or desktop applications. - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
