Job Summary:

Tech Lead - Fullstack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development (Primary Focus)

• Lead the design and development of modern, responsive web applications using

  React.js

  ,

  TypeScript

  , HTML5, and CSS3.
• Drive UX/UI implementation with an eye for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage state effectively using tools like

  Redux

  or

  Context API

• Implement front-end testing and performance optimization techniques.

Full Stack & System Integration

• Knowledge on any RDBMS-

  PostgreSQL/My SQL

  ,

  Python

  as needed.
• Design and consume scalable REST APIs; ensure data integrity and secure data flow.
• Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to ensure seamless system integration.

Team Collaboration & Agile Contribution

• Serve as a technical lead within the development team, mentoring junior developers and guiding code quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help define technical requirements, break down user stories, and ensure delivery timelines are met.
• Support continuous improvement of workflows, codebase, and DevOps processes.

Cloud & Infrastructure Support

• Collaborate on deployment and infrastructure using

  AWS

  (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
• Support implementation of CI/CD pipelines and basic infrastructure automation.
• Monitor application performance, availability, and scalability in cloud-hosted environments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8-10 years of full stack software development.
• 3+ years of working experience as a Tech lead or Team lead.
• Strong expertise in

• Knowledge on
