Role

As SecOps Lead you will oversee and continuously improve the Security Incident Response (IR) process, ensuring swift and effective detection, containment, and remediation of security incidents while minimizing business impact.

Further Tasks:

IR Team Management & Development
- Lead and mentor the SecOps Team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, and proactive threat mitigation.
Security Engineering & Platform Management
- Design, build, and manage security platforms, including Microsoft Sentinel, Azure security technologies, firewalls, and other security infrastructure to protect internal systems and support SaaS products.
Threat Detection & Monitoring Strategy
- Develop and optimize security monitoring, detection, and response strategies, leveraging advanced security tools and automation to enhance the organization s security posture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
- Work closely with IT, DevOps, and business teams to align security operations with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, ensuring a holistic security approach across all environmen

Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in security operations, incident response, or a related field.
