Lead Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and identify technical solutions
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Design and implement technical solutions to meet business needs
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system specifications
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications and systems
• Provide training and support to end-users on technical solutions
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure solutions are aligned with technical architecture and standards
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered on-time and within budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably with technical expertise
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, or SQL
• Familiarity with database management systems, APIs, and other technical tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira or Trello is a plus
