Job Description

  • AWS knowledge is must (EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, IAM, Route53, OpenSearch, Cloud Front, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS)
  • Docker & Kubernetes good working knowledge is required
  • Incident management Tool (Pagerduty, Zenduty) knowledge is essential
  • Working knowledge over tracking & documentation portals (Jira, Wiki)
  • Serve as the first level engagement & support for incidents, escalations for Home Value Stream.
  • Understand the problem using alerting and monitoring dashboards. Then escalate to other teams, management, vendors, or service providers for unresolved incidents based on defined processes or instructions from the management team.
  • Track Alerts/Incident over Jira and Teams for end to end closure. Drive the resolution of major incidents to the quickest possible service restoration.
