Manage the teams in the Preventive maintenance of Trains / Depot Equipment. Presently working on Bogie overhauling and planning for how to execute a bogie overhauling Activity. Carrying out Brake Overhauling which involves all brake system related Valves installed in ACU and BCU units of the trains, Axle bearing replaced by re-fabricated Axle bearing. Carrying out overhauling activities of Gear box and flexible couplings of the trains. Coordinating with others Department for the failure. Dealing with clients, vendor and also procurements of materials. Knowledge about the Depot Machining Equipment CMV, DSL, EOT Cranes, Bogie Test Bench, Spring Test Bench, Under Floor Wheel Lathe, Auto Wash Plant. Manage the teams in the Corrective maintenance of Trains / Depot Equipment. PROFILE/SKILLS Installation and commissioning of Air Brake equipment in WAG-9 Electric Locomotive like Brake Panel (computer-controlled brake system) at CLW. Faults downloading from CCB system and checking the interface signal between brake panel and loco. Providing updated software in system. Responsible for overhauling and retrofit activities of Pneumatic brake system on site. Responsible for testing and commissioning of Electro-Pneumatic Brake System (Both static and dynamic commissioning). Testing of train brake & brake system of locomotive, testing of Electrical & Mechanical valves fitted in brake panel. Overhauling scheduled of Brake System, Compressor, Air Dryer, Brake control unit, Tread Brake Unit, Brake Caliper Unit and Pneumatic Valve Troubleshooting and Overhauling of Piston and Screw Compressor. Installation and commissioning of all brake system for metro. Installation and commissioning of Door system for Delhi metro and Kolkata metro.
